By downloading, logging in, or using the Orbit application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Orbit provides content and insights based on Vedic astrology. All readings, predictions, compatibility scores, and personalized insights provided by the app (including through the AI features) are for entertainment, reflection, and self-discovery purposes only. They do not constitute the provisioning of professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using your email or phone number. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your birth details.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials (OTPs).
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person (including other group members).
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
• Submit false or misleading information.

5. Intellectual Property rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Revelin7 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Revelin7. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Revelin7, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
